Egg and avocado salade

 

Avocado is a very healthy food. It contains potassium, fiber and so more. It is good for blood pressure. The taste of avocado and egg is really amazing. It is easy to cook and great for weight loss as well as it has so many good properties for our health. We should keep this in our diet. It is the best dish who is sincere about their health.

Preparation Time- 15 minutes

cooking time- 10 minutes


Ingredient:

  1. Avocado 
  2. Boiled eggs 2 nos
  3. Diced tomatoes
  4.  cucumber
  5.  onions 
  6. Chopped lettuce leaves 
  7.  Salt 
  8. Black Pepper powder 

For the salade dressing :

  1. 1 tbsp mustard sauce
  2. 1 tbsp mayonnaise 
  3. 1 tsp lemon juice 
  4. 1 tsp olive oil
  5. Oregano 
  6. Chilli flakes
  7. 1 tsp honey 


Step1:

cutting avocado-

cut the avocado by rotating it and cleaning its inside part and removing the outer skin of avocados now cut it in a long stip and then in a small pice around 1 inch.


Step 2:

For salade dressing-

take a bowl and put 1 tbsp mustard sauce, 1 tbsp mayonnaise,1 tsp lemon juice,1 tsp olive oil, Oregano, honey 1 tsp, and Chilli flakes. and mix it well. Salade dressing is ready.


Step 3:

Mix salade-

Take a bowl and put Diced tomatoes, cucumber, onions and Chopped lettuce leaves, Salt as per your requirement, and Black Pepper powder. mix again. now add salade dressing and mix well. cut the boiled eggs in any shape and add upper of salade then put little black paper powder.

Your salade is ready!
