Omelette Pizza is the most like dish and it's easy to make also. When the time to come healthy and tasty than we choose health but there is always hope if it's healthy than I must eat it. So I have made this to think about health and taste you must like it. So without wasting time go to your kitchen and try this.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients
- Eggs 16
- Salt to taste
- Black peppercorns crushed to taste
- Oil 4 tablespoons
- Garlic finely chopped 4 tablespoons
- Spring onion bulbs finely chopped 8 tablespoons
- Three coloured capsicums sauce finely chopped 4 tablespoons
- Pizza sauce 4 tablespoons
- Three coloured capsicum strips 4 tablespoons
- Green olives sliced 2-3
- Black olives sliced 4-5
- Fresh basil leaves 20-24
- Spring onion greens sliced 4 tablespoons
- Mozzarella cheese grated 8 tablespoons
- Mixed dried herbs to sprinkle
- Red chilli flakes to sprinkle
Preparation
Step 1:
For each pizza, whisk together 3 eggs, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl.
Step 2:
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add ½ tablespoon garlic and 2 tablespoons spring onion bulbs, mix and sauté well. Add 1 tablespoon chopped capsicums and mix.
Step 3:
Pour egg mixture into the pan, spread, cover and cook for 1 minute. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce and top with 1 tablespoon capsicum strips, 5-6 green olive slices and 8-10 black olives, 1 tablespoon spring onion greens and 2 tablespoons cheese, cover and cook till cheese melts.
Step 4:
Cut into wedges, sprinkle mixed herbs and chilli flakes and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
